As of August 1, 2025, we are transitioning resupply from monthly to 90-day. As of that date, our patients can now order a 90-day supply of their CPAP supplies (which includes CPAP mask cushions, disposable filters, mask parts, and heated tube). This is good news for our patients, their insurance companies and our staff as they no longer have to manage the resupply program on a monthly basis.
Instead of having to wait each month for your resupply package to arrive, you will have what you need on hand for 3 months, resulting in less phone calls, less packaging, less worry if your CPAP mask parts get damaged prior to the resupply, less waiting for replacements if the parts do become unusable, and much more convenience to the patient, our staff and the insurance companies.
How does the 90-day Resupply Program save time and money for the patient and their insurance company?
Getting your prescription items in a 90-day supply instead of a 30-day supply can save both insurance companies and patients money in several ways:
FOR THE PATIENT:
- Fewer Orders and Fewer Calls: Patients receive a larger quantity of supplies less frequently, reducing how often they need to place orders or respond to outreach.
- Lower Out-of-Pocket Costs: Fewer shipments often mean fewer copays or shipping fees (depending on the plan), potentially lowering the patient’s cost per year.
- Improved Supply Management: Receiving a full 90-day supply at once helps ensure the patient doesn’t run out or overuse worn equipment, which supports better therapy adherence and fewer clinical issues.
- Convenience & Fewer Delays: With automated scheduling, patients are proactively contacted before their resupply is due, avoiding the need to track timelines themselves.
FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY:
- Fewer Processed Claims: 90-day schedule results in fewer individual claims per year compared to a 30- or 60-day cycle, reducing administrative burden and transaction costs.
- Lower Healthcare Costs: As stated above, with improved adherence comes lower healthcare costs. Better CPAP therapy adherence reduces hospitalizations, complications, comorbidities and relapses, which are very expensive for insurers.
- Lower Administrative Costs: There is an increase in administrative efficiency for the insurance company as fewer claims to process means lower administrative costs.
Overall, patients benefit from lower out-of-pocket costs and more convenience, while insurance companies benefit from reduced dispensing fees, better outcomes, and fewer high-cost events like hospital visits. That is why we are offering our patients the same great service, the same quality and vetted supplies, and now greater convenience with the new 90-day supply program.
What is included in the 90-day Resupply of CPAP supplies?
A 90-day resupply of CPAP supplies typically includes the most commonly recommended replacement items to ensure your therapy stays clean, effective, and comfortable. Here’s what is usually included every 90 days:

- CPAP Mask Cushion or Pillows (6 nasal cushions or 3 full-face cushions): This is important because the cushions or pillows tend to wear out with use and can lose seal or cause skin irritation.
- CPAP Mask Frame (1): The main part of the mask (not including the cushion or headgear) may get worn, cracked, or stretched.
- Headgear (1): The straps that secure the mask to your face can stretch out or lose elasticity over time.
- CPAP Tubing (1): The hose that connects the mask to the machine can develop mold or cracks over time.
- Disposable Filters (6 or more): Filters are important because they trap dust, allergens, and particles before they reach the patient’s airways, so these should be replaced every 2 weeks.
- Reusable Filter (2): If your machine has a reusable filter, then it should be rinsed and reused, and should be replaced every 180 days.
- Water Chamber: Like your reusable filters, your water chamber should be replaced every other cycle (180 days).
How do I sign up for the Online Resupply Portal?
Our Online ReSupply Ordering Portal offers cost-effective options for purchasing your CPAP machines, CPAP masks, and CPAP supplies, which are shipped directly to you.

How to Sign up:
- CPAP therapy requires a prescription from a licensed medical professional, but the first step is to recognize that there is even a problem.
- Next you need to acquire a sleep apnea diagnosis by consulting with a licensed medical professional – preferably a Board-Certified Sleep Physician. CPAP prescriptions can also be obtained from other medical doctors, as well as physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
- After this initial consultation, the next step to a sleep apnea diagnosis is a polysomnography sleep study. Traditionally, it has been conducted in a sleep lab or hospital and involves a comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s sleep behavior.
- Alternatively, home sleep tests are ordered for patients whose initial consultation indicates they are suffering from obstructive sleep apnea. A typical Home Sleep Test (HST) measures airflow, breathing effort, body position, heart rate and oxygen levels.
- With a CPAP prescription, contact Everything CPAP to begin the process of choosing the right CPAP machine, mask and supplies.
- We will help you navigate the process by submitting it to your insurance agency.
- After your supplies arrive, our Respiratory Therapists will help fit your mask, instruct you on how to use your CPAP machine whether at home or on the road.
